a444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You accept full liability for all bets, wagers, and transactions placed using your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified a444 of suspected compromise.

a444 operates strict anti-fraud and AML monitoring. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, collusion, or money laundering will be suspended immediately. Funds associated with fraudulent activity are subject to forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities.
